Read passage 1 aloud
Today’s diagnostic
  1. Record 2 short passages.
  2. See your result automatically.
  3. If repair is needed, complete the guided practice and short retest.
What to do
Listening to the example is optional. When you are ready, tap Start recording, read the full passage, then tap Stop recording. Passage 2 will open automatically.
Recording tips
Speak clearly at a natural speed. Short pauses after punctuation are fine. Keep final words clear and avoid long pauses inside phrases.
A short presentation still needs clear endings, controlled pace, and enough rhythm for the audience to follow the argument from start to finish. If the final words become weak, the message can sound less confident.
Optional: Choose Normal speed or Slower speed to hear the example before recording.
How scoring works
Intelligibility = how clear your speech is.
Stability = how consistent your pronunciation stays while you speak.
To pass: score 8/10 or higher for both.
